You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, replace damaged sections, realign chassis, and apply finishes while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Realign car chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts; repair glass and interiors as needed.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint vehicles per factory specs or equivalents.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect finished work.
