Gerber Collision & Glass in Pensacola, FL is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, realigning frames and replacing parts while upholding our speed, quality, and customer-excellence standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and may include technical schooling or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Thorough understanding of auto body repair tools and procedures.

Mansioni

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair dents, realign chassis, and replace parts using appropriate tools.
• Weld, paint, and inspect vehicles to ensure quality and safety.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and verify repairs.
