Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair and quality service. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while upholding the company’s standards for speed, quality, and customer excellence.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, estimating costs, using repair tools, realigning frames, and performing welding and painting tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completion or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates using tools to repair vehicles.
• Hammer out dents and apply filler resins when needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; repair interior parts.
• Weld and fit parts; prep and repaint to factory specs or equivalents.
• Aim to complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect work.
