Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars while ensuring speed, quality, and customer excellence.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, preparing estimates, and using a variety of tools to restore frames, replace parts, and repaint finishes. Join a team that values integrity and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with little supervision.
• Thorough understanding of methods to repair vehicle bodies.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and work in a noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Use tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers.
• Weld and fit parts, replace glass and interior components as needed.
• Prepare and repaint vehicles to factory specifications; inspect finished work.
