Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience by meticulously assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and restore structural integrity while upholding speed, quality, and customer-excellence standards.

You will work with a team to plan repairs, estimate costs, and ensure work orders stay within labor guidelines, using tools like cutting guns, plasma cutters, jacks, hammers,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training or apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.

Responsabilités

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates.
• Repair vehicle sections using tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers.
• Hammer out dents, dimples, and other minor body damage; apply filler resin when needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts; repair glass and windshields as needed.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint vehicles to factory specs.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect results.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
