Job summary

The Boyd Group in Florida, Eagle Lake, is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, supporting speed, quality, and customer excellence across the repair process.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, estimating costs, welding, painting, realigning frames, and ensuring work meets KPI targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of a technical program or apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders and repair instructions.
• Proficiency with common auto body tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently in daily work.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair dents, realign chassis, replace parts and weld components.
• Prepare and repaint vehicles to factory specifications or equivalent.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and verify quality.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
