Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or IT support roles.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience supporting Collibra Data Governance SaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, metadata management, and data quality principles.
• Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving in enterprise platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience documenting processes and delivering user training.
