You will lead incident response, coordinate upgrades, and develop user training, ensuring compliance with data governance, quality, and metadata best practices, while enabling data-driven decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data governance, data management, or IT support roles.
• At least 3 years supporting Collibra Data Governance SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data quality.
• Familiarity with healthcare and life sciences regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Collibra SaaS platform support operations.
• Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and resolution.
• Collaborate with data stewards, business users, and IT stakeholders.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, patches, and releases.
• Develop platform documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Monitor SLAs, platform usage, and performance metrics.
• Support onboarding, access control, and role-based security.
• Advise on best practices for data governance, quality, and metadata.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Serve as primary contact for escalations and critical incidents.
