Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

• A minimum of 2 years of coaching experience at the collegiate or professional level.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coaches with organization and implementation of practice plans and instruction for Shot Put, Discus, Hammer, and Javelin.
• Develop competition-day strategies and tactical planning; assess and recruit potential student-athletes.
• Evaluate competition sites and create scouting reports.
• Assist with home meet hosting duties, camps, and clinic operations.
• Support player communication and feedback.
• Oversee team equipment and assist with social media management.
