Felician University is seeking a dynamic Assistant Coach for Track & Field – Throws. The role supports the Head Coach, teaching and training student-athletes in throws at the Rutherford campus. This is a fully in-person, part-time appointment not to exceed 25 hours per week.

The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree or significant coaching experience, with flexibility for evenings and weekends. Join a program committed to the Franciscan Felician mission and values.

Part-Time Assistant Coach, Track and Field – Throws

Felician University is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, energic, enthusiastic and experienced athletics professional to serve as Assistant Coach for Track & Field – Throws. The Assistant Coach is responsible for supporting the Head Coach with all aspects of the program at the University, with primary responsibility for teaching and training student-athletes in the throws events (shot put, discus, hammer and javelin). The position is a fully in-person, part-time appointment not to exceed 25 hours per week.

Position Type:

Part-time, 12-months, Exempt

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required. Degree requirement may be waived with significant relative practical coaching experience.
