Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of collegiate coaching experience.
• Knowledge of NCAA/A-R-C rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and evaluate throwers for the track and field program.
• Plan and implement daily throws practice with clear objectives.
• Develop and implement strength and conditioning programming for throwers.
• Coordinate practice schedules and travel for road trips.
• Monitor student-athlete academic progress.
• Represent the college at A-R-C meetings as needed.
• Support the Catholic identity and mission of the college in all duties.
