Felician University in Lodi, NJ, seeks a dedicated Junior Varsity Softball Coach and Athletics Assistant. You will train, direct, and supervise JV student-athletes and manage program operations under the Head Softball Coach.

Outside the JV season, you will assist the Athletics Operations Coordinator with events, facilities, rentals and maintenance, supporting the department and Franciscan values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of collegiate coaching experience.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; role model for student athletes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-developed organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent physical condition, ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
• Demonstrated ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA Division II and Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) rules and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Train, direct and supervise JV student athletes in softball.
• Execute operational aspects of the JV softball program.
• Support Athletics Operations Coordinator with day-to-day department activities.
• Coordinate special events, tournaments, facility rentals and maintenance.
