Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree may be waived with significant coaching experience.
• 1–3 years of collegiate coaching experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA Division II and CACC rules and regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, as well as other coaches and team managers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to complete all NCAA compliance requirements on NCAA timelines.
• Ability and willingness to uphold NCAA policies and Felician University core values.

Responsibilities

• Teach players the rules, regulations and needs of the sport.
• Provide instruction in skill development for participation in soccer.
• Coach leadership, organization and supervision of the soccer program.
• Organize, supervise and direct individual and small group practice.
• Monitor student‑athlete academics and progress.
