• 1+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services.
• Strong understanding of holistic college admissions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple students/families simultaneously.
• Passion for student growth and long-term impact.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted guide for families from onboarding through key milestones.
• Proactively resolve issues and anticipate risks.
• Maintain accurate records of family interactions and progress.
• Tailor support to maximize student success.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for student success stories.
