Job summary

Cecil College in North East, Maryland, is seeking an experienced individual for a part-time collegiate athletic role. You will be responsible for managing a comprehensive athletic program, recruiting student athletes, and ensuring academic progress.

The ideal candidate will hold an Associate’s Degree and have significant coaching experience. The position offers a stipend of $3,000 for approximately 25 hours of work per week.

Qualifications

• 3 years coaching experience at the collegiate level preferred, minimum head coach at the high school varsity level.
• Good communication and verbal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Recruit student athletes.
• Help coordinate daily practices.
• Communicate with Athletic Department to monitor student athlete academic progress.
