Job summary

Cecil College seeks a dedicated athletics professional to lead a collegiate program under NJCAA and regional guidelines. You will recruit student athletes, coordinate daily practices with the Head Coach, attend all home and away meets, monitor academic progress with the Athletic Department, and drive fundraising activities.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree with coaching experience and a strong commitment to academic and athletic excellence, diversity, and equity in sports.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Coaching experience at collegiate level preferred; minimum head coach at the high school varsity level.
• Evidence of a commitment to academic and athletic excellence, cultural diversity and equity in sports.
• Good communication and verbal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of NJCAA rules.
• Computer skills.

Responsibilities
