Grayson College seeks a proactive College Recruiter to drive prospective-student engagement across external markets. You will translate the enrollment plan into outreach, partnerships, events, and targeted campaigns, recording outcomes in the CRM and coordinating campus visits.

The role requires an Associate degree and two years in recruitment or admissions, plus strong public speaking and relationship-building skills.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• At least two years in recruitment, admissions, enrollment services, sales, marketing, or related.
• Experience representing an organization publicly and documenting activity.
• Strong public speaking, persuasive communication, relationship development, and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• External market development and recruitment planning aligned to enrollment goals.
• Represent Grayson College at public fairs, expos, and events; capture prospect data.
• Process admissions and maintain accurate records in CRM/SIS.
• Assist applicants, explain admissions steps, and provide student resources.
• Conduct campus tours, info sessions, and partner outreach activities.
