Meridian Community College is seeking a recruitment leader to build relationships with prospective students, manage assigned recruitment areas, and guide applicants through the enrollment process.

The role requires strong communication, data analysis, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. An Associates degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, with travel as needed. Minimum two years in recruitment or related fields is expected.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years in recruitment, admissions, enrollment services, sales, marketing, customer relations, or related higher education field.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned recruiting areas.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate or lead group activities.
• Experience mentoring co-workers or students preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and use deductive reasoning to form conclusions.
