Georgian Court University seeks a Senior Graduate Admissions Recruiter to support graduate enrollment goals across multiple schools. You will develop and implement recruitment strategies, cultivate relationships with prospective students and external partners, and guide applicants through the graduate admissions process.

The role requires managing recruitment activities, coordinating events, maintaining a strong prospective student pipeline, and collaborating with faculty and university partners

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3–5 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, enrollment management, sales, or a related field.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet goals.
• Experience with enrollment management systems.
• Ability to travel for recruitment activities as needed.
• Occasional evenings and weekends work.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for graduate programs.
• Recruit prospective graduate students through outreach, appointments, emails, calls, and events.
• Cultivate relationships with prospective students and external partners.
• Plan graduate information sessions, open houses, and recruitment events.
• Maintain active pipeline and monitor engagement using Slate or similar tools.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates on activity and outcomes.
• Represent Georgian Court University at events and partnership meetings.
