Randolph College is seeking an Admission Counselor to recruit and enroll qualified college-bound students across diverse markets. The role involves managing recruitment territories, coordinating the admissions process from prospect to enrollment, and representing the college at events and campus visits.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree and experience in recruitment, sales, or outreach in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelors degree required.
• Experience in recruitment, sales or outreach in a fast-paced, goal-oriented operation strongly preferred.
• Strong public speaking, interpersonal, and writing abilities required.
• The ability to speak Spanish, and/or international experience or interest, would be beneficial.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record required.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and enroll qualified college-bound high school students to Randolph College.
• Manage and maintain designated recruitment territories and travel as needed.
• Coordinate admissions process from prospect to enrollment and participate in campus events.
• Plan Fall and Spring recruitment strategies and travel; attend fairs and events.
• Engage with students and families through multiple channels and provide timely guidance through the enrollment process.
• Collaborate with the admissions team and Office of College Relations on marketing materials and outreach initiatives.
