This onsite role supports auto manufacturer campus hiring and requires traveling to colleges and events to build talent pipelines for co-op, internship, and entry-level positions.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication skills are essential for stakeholder engagement.

Pay: $35 - $40/hr

This position is ONSITE in Marysville, OH must be able to commute to Marysville, OH

• Travel required to support college recruiting activities, career fairs, campus events, and hiring initiatives both in-state and out-of-state.
• Average of 2-3 recruiting trips during the fall, 2-3 trips during the spring, and 1-2 trips during the summer.

What’s a typical day as a College Recruiter? You’ll be:
