Kelly Professional & Industrial in Marysville, OH is seeking a College Recruiter to drive early-career hiring and campus partnerships. This onsite role includes traveling to career fairs and university events to build strong pipelines for co-ops, internships, and entry-level roles.

You will partner with hiring managers to forecast workforce needs, manage full-cycle recruitment, and contribute to a dynamic Talent Acquisition team focused on growth and development.

• Have 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in college, university, internship, co-op, or entry-level programs.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or possess equivalent professional experience.

Pay: $35 - $40/hr

This position is ONSITE in Marysville, OH must be able to commute to Marysville, OH

• Travel required to support college recruiting activities, career fairs, campus events, and hiring initiatives both in-state and out-of-state.
• Average of 2-3 recruiting trips during the fall, 2-3 trips during the spring, and 1-2 trips during the summer.
