Qualifications

• Ability to work weekends and summers as required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit students and coordinate program events with school districts and community partners.
• Advise, tutor, or refer participants to services including college readiness and financial aid.
• Develop and implement academic year and summer programming in compliance with federal guidelines.
• Communicate unit policies and federal grant requirements clearly in speech and writing.
