Qualifications

• Education: 48 hours of college credit with GPA 2.5 or two years of full-time instructional experience in a K-12 school.
• Knowledge of subject and ability to instruct students.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adjust and adapt to a multitude of school situations.
• Creative problem solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate tutoring sessions and use technology to improve student achievement.
• Implement a clear behavior management system aligned to campus initiatives.
• Help shape a school-wide culture fostering a productive learning environment.
• Establish cooperative relationships with students and families based on trust and respect.
• Conduct tutoring across math, science, language arts, and humanities.
