Union is seeking a Market Launch Leader to work directly with our CEO and collaborate with Product and Marketing to launch GameOn in college markets nationwide. This full-time role can be based in Austin, TX or remote, and targets recent graduates or MBA students who understand college culture and can drive adoption at scale.

You will launch in major markets, build relationships with college bar operators, be on the ground for game days, test ideas, and feed learnings back to leadership to shape

Responsibilities

• Launch GameOn in major college markets across the country
• Build relationships with college bar operators and drive guest adoption
• Be on the ground for game days, events, and big nights
• Bring what you learn directly back to our CEO, Product, and Marketing teams
• Test ideas, figure out what works, and help build the playbook to scale nationally
• Do the work yourself first: source, pitch, and close venues directly in the earliest pilot markets, before there’s a rep team to hand it off to
