Job summary

Code2College is hiring a Part-Time Program Coordinator to support its mission of expanding access to STEM for minority and low-income students. The role combines in-person recruitment, events, and class support with virtual duties across the United States.

You will manage student check-ins, track engagement, assist with classrooms, draft communications, and help with events. Flexible evenings and some weekends are required, with up to 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of student participants in Ohio and across the United States.
• Lead student check-ins and monitor engagement; provide follow-up.
• Support virtual and in-person Code2College classes and ensure student participation.
• Draft and coordinate student-facing communications and reminders.
• Assist with student recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Track and analyze student performance and engagement data to identify insights.
