Job summary

USNCA seeks an Admissions Coordinator to guide families through the college admissions journey, scheduling consultations and presenting our services. You will engage with families via phone, assess fit for deeper engagement, and coordinate with Marketing on lead quality.

The role requires a proactive, energetic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can navigate CRM tools like Salesforce and video chat platforms such as Zoom.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Excellent phone presence and strong listening skills.
• Comfort using CRM systems and video chat tools.
• Ability to identify which families are qualified for deeper engagement.
• Strong collaboration and communication with staff, customers, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide families through the admissions journey, providing value and resources.
• Connect with families via 70–100 daily inbound/outbound calls for admissions support.
• Assess qualification for deeper sales activity and schedule follow-up demos.
• Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality from sources.
• Manage leads in Salesforce and relay insights to Ops for tool improvements.
