The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Higher-Ed sales or admissions, strong communication, and CRM proficiency, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Higher-Ed Admissions, Higher-Ed Sales, or Higher-Ed Counseling experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience selling to high school students and families beneficial.
• Comfort with non-traditional schedules (nights/weekends).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide value to every student and family that engages with CollegeAdvisor.com.
• Review tools and benefits with families via video calls.
• Navigate Online Demo for Families to showcase Student Portal.
• Match needs of prospective families with CollegeAdvisor.com Programs.
• Increase on-the-spot Program Enrollments.
• Schedule follow-up calls for qualified families.
• Collaborate with Sales VP/CEO/Head of Advising to improve processes.
• Manage leads through CRM platforms.
