Job summary

Durham University is seeking a College Administration Coordinator for Josephine Butler College. The role is on-site, full-time (35 hours/week) with a salary band of £27,319–£30,378 per year.

The successful candidate will support student services, coordination of documents, and engagement with staff and external partners. Essential criteria include GCSEs, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft 365.

  1. Five GCSE’s at least Grade C or level four (or equivalent) including English Language and Mathematics or a Post‑16 qualification or equivalent experience.

  3. Strong proficiency in digital tools and administrative systems, including digital communication tools, Microsoft 365 applications, and business systems to optimise operational efficiency.
