Duke University in Durham, NC, is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator to support the DukeLIFE programs that promote academic success and belonging for lower-income and first-generation students.
You will independently coordinate multiple student-resource initiatives, manage applications and rosters, maintain tracking systems in Airtable, update the DukeLIFE website, and serve as the primary liaison to students and campus partners, reporting to the Director of DukeLIFE.

Coordinate student success programs while managing data and assessment efforts that support student achievement.
The Senior Program Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the DukeLIFE programs that support academic success and belonging among lower-income and first-generation college students. This role independently coordinates several student resource initiatives, ensuring programs are implemented effectively and in alignment with established policies and procedures.
The Senior Program Coordinator manages program logistics, reviews and processes student applications within approved guidelines, maintains accurate student rosters and participation records, oversees tracking systems, and executes website updates to ensure current and reliable program information. The position serves as a primary operational contact for students and campus partners and reports to the Director of DukeLIFE.

Education - Work requires analytical, communications and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree program.
Experience - Work requires three years of experience in program administration or involving academic, instructional or counseling activities to acquire skills necessary to plan, coordinate and implement a variety of program activities and events.

Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $49,939.00 to USD $79,487.00.
