Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting practices.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management in higher education is a plus.
• Ability to prepare, analyze, and present financial information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze recurring monthly financial reports for the CEAS.
• Monitor budgets, perform variance analysis, and support budget development.
• Process journal entries, costing allocations, and payroll adjustments.
• Support month-end/year-end close and internal controls.
• Provide backup for sponsored-project accounting and reporting.
