Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, social work, counseling or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional or personal experience in educational settings or TRIO/Upward Bound programs.
• Preferred bilingual ability in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, enroll, and advise students at an assigned high school.
• Provide academic advising, college and career guidance, and financial aid information.
• Develop and deliver college and career planning workshops and seminars.
• Coordinate and supervise tutoring resources and program activities.
• Prepare weekly evaluations and program reports; maintain participant records.
