Job summary

Attollo Prep in Lancaster, PA, seeks a Program Coordinator to support the Chief Programs Officer and Directors of Programs in delivering engaging experiences for 11th and 12th grade scholars. You will help promote youth development, college access, and post-graduate success.

You will coordinate onboarding, plan Fall/Summer programs, assist with internships, manage expenditures, and ensure smooth daily operations across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• College graduate or equivalent experience.
• Experience in program development.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
• Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience in secondary/postsecondary education environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Attollo Recruit onboarding process for 11th/12th grades.
• Coordinate fall tours and summer college tours.
• Support planning of all programming and events.
• Assist in hiring Attollo Programming Interns/Support staff.
• Provide year-round college support for senior scholars.
• Monitor expenditures and maintain program records.
• Organize program materials and schedule work.
• Represent Attollo at community meetings and promote programs.
