Job summary

Partnership for the Future, Inc. in Glen Allen, VA is hiring a College Access Manager to guide first‑generation and high‑achieving students through the college admissions process with an in‑person role and 1–2 remote days weekly.

You will coach students, lead workshops for families, plan enrichment activities, and accompany tours while staying ahead of admissions trends to give students a competitive edge. Salary ranges listed are $45,000–$52,000 with strong benefits and a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; two or more years working with high school or college students preferred.
• Experience supporting first‑generation and economically disadvantaged students is strongly desired.
• Strong communication, organization, and mentoring skills.
• A team player who can also manage projects independently.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Location: Glen Allen, VA (Innsbrook) | Full-time (In-person with 1-2 remote days a week)
Reports To: Senior Director of Programs
Salary Range: $45,000–$52,000

Partnership for the Future is a college access and success program serving more than 500 students each
year. Our mission is to prepare high‑achieving high school students for success in college and beyond.
PFF primarily serves first‑generation, low‑income students, and our comprehensive year‑round program
ensures students have the tools and confidence to graduate from college with a launching pad into
successful careers.

What You’ll Do

As College Access Manager, you will:

• Salary range: $45,000–$52,000 (commensurate with experience).
