Partnership for the Future, Inc. is seeking a College Access Manager for a school-based role in Richmond, VA.

This full-time position will work within schools to build a college-going culture, guiding students through admissions and financial aid processes. The role focuses on establishing a school-based presence, partnering with counselors and staff, planning enrichment activities, and supporting FAFSA completion and college events to empower first-generation and economically challenged

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; three or more years working with high school or college students preferred.
• Experience supporting first-generation and economically disadvantaged students is strongly desired.
• Strong communication, organization, and mentoring skills.
• A team player who can also manage projects independently.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

• Support schoolwide college access initiatives, including college fairs, FAFSA completion efforts, Decision Day activities, and family engagement opportunities.

Salary Range: $50,000–$60,000

Access Manager will play a hands-on role in shaping the futures of first-generation and high- achieving students across the Richmond region.

Partnership for the Future is a college access and success program serving more than 500 students each year. Our mission is to prepare high-achieving high school students for success in college and beyond. PFF primarily serves first-generation, low-income students, and our comprehensive year-round program ensures students have the tools and confidence to graduate from college with a launching pad into successful careers.
