Qualifications

  • Ability to interpret policies and communicate to youth, parents, and school representatives.
  • Demonstrated experience advising educationally disadvantaged students regarding postsecondary opportunities and careers.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment, advising, and retention of high school participants through school staff referrals and outreach.
  • Deliver college‑going, career, and socioemotional workshops to participants and families.
  • Maintain participant data, program reports, and documentation for program evaluation.
  • Collaborate with school personnel, parents, and community partners to promote college access.
