Job summary

Wilber Group in Bloomington, IL is hiring Collectors for our Recovery team. No prior insurance knowledge is required; we provide comprehensive training. The role involves taking and placing calls, negotiating repayment plans, and recovering assets for clients.

Starting base pay is $19.00 per hour, or $21.00 per hour if bilingual in Spanish, plus uncapped commissions and potential bonuses. Benefits include 401k, wellness programs, tuition reimbursement, and community involvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers/debtors informing of claim filed against them.
• Provide clarity on filed claims and answer inquiries from customers.
• Accurately process payments via card and ACH (electronic check payment).
• Accurately notate files of conversations had and payments received.
• Negotiate repayment and financial plans to recover assets for clients.
• Learn and apply provided materials on company software, applicable laws and statutes, and industry standards to ensure compliance and optimize recovery.
• Ability to ensure physical presence at assigned location.

We are looking for self-driven, trainable, and professional individuals to join our Recovery team! Your main responsibility as a Collector is to take/place calls, find solutions and recover assets for clients. Our Collectors start with a base pay of $19.00 an hour ($21.00 if bilingual in Spanish) along with uncapped commissions and possible bonus incentives.New team members typically reach an average of $1,100 in commission each month during their first year, actual commissions may vary per person.
