Job summary

Wilber Group in Newark, OH is seeking new team members for its claims recovery team. This full-time, in-office role offers training with no prior experience required and includes an uncapped commission structure.

Starting wage is $19.00 per hour, with $21.00 per hour if bilingual in Spanish, plus monthly commissions and comprehensive benefits. Typical earnings include about $1,100 in commissions per month during the first year, with opportunities for wage increases within six months.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers/debtors informing of claim filed against them
• Provide clarity on filed claims and answer inquiries
• Process payments via card and ACH
• Notate files of conversations and payments
• Negotiate repayment plans to recover assets for clients
• Learn company software and applicable laws to ensure compliance and optimize recovery
• Maintain physical presence at assigned location

Wilber is looking for professional individuals to join our claims recovery team. Our full-time in-office collectors start at $19.00 an hour ($21.00/hour if Bilingual in Spanish) plus uncapped commission. What do you need?

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)

What will you do?

• Make outbound calls to customers/debtors informing of claim filed against them
• Provide clarity on filed claims and answer any inquiries from customers
• Accurately process payments via card and ACH (electronic check payment)
• Accurately notate files of conversations had and payments received
• Negotiate repayment and financial plans to recover assets for clients
• Learn and apply provided materials on company software, applicable laws and statutes, and industry standards to ensure compliance and optimize recovery.
• Have the ability to ensure physical presence at assigned location
