Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. in Ankeny, IA is hiring for a Collector - Inbound who will handle inbound calls from customers, process payments and determine credit release according to The Linde way.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate credit decisions while maintaining exceptional customer service. In this role you will refer disputes for resolution, arrange payments on delinquent accounts, and perform outbound collections to support credit release procedures.

Qualifications

• You must have a High School diploma / GED.
• 2+ years of Credit & Collections experience.
• Experience handling inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.
