Job summary

Join a team that supports customers with phone orders, inquiries, and order tracking while enabling growth through demonstrations and cross-selling of gases and hard goods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in Customer Service / Inside Sales / Counter Sales preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• No DUI/DWI or other alcohol-related driving convictions in the last 10 years.
• Knowledgeable with computers / printers for new employees and when installing equipment.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support by taking phone orders, addressing inquiries, tracking order status and shipments, and solving customer issues.
• Assess recommended products while promoting additional sales of hard goods and gases to achieve target margins.
• Conduct product demonstrations for customers using customer insight to drive and guide the development of new offerings.
• Work closely with, and provide, sales support to the Outside Sales team.
• Maintain customer records and files, including accurate account setup and pricing.
• Perform warehouse duties and moves cylinders for customers as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $20.24-$29.69
