The JOY FM is seeking a results-oriented debt collection specialist for a Augusta, GA-based role. You will contact consumers by phone, text and email to recover debts, document interactions, and negotiate payment plans.

Collection agency in Augusta, GA. The hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm-NO WEEKENDS! Duties include phone, text and email communications with consumers to collect debts. This position has opportunities for growth and the ability to increase your earning potential through commission, as well as your knowledge of debt collecting that will benefit your future. Starting pay is $16.00 an hour plus a lucrative commission check each month with an increase in hourly pay after 30-day review!
