You’ll prepare new employees for success, strengthen the skills of experienced collectors, and help build a team that delivers results while treating customers with professionalism and respect.

This role requires hands-on debt collections experience and a track record designing and delivering training, plus the ability to coach

Qualifications

• Hands-on debt collections experience.
• Experience designing and delivering employee training.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and coach learners.
• Knowledge of compliant collection practices and account documentation.
• Strong communication and organization for multiple trainees.

Responsibilities

• Lead new-hire training covering debt collections and compliance.
• Guide nesting program with coaching and readiness assessments.
• Teach collectors how to negotiate payment arrangements and address objections.
• Develop training materials, role-plays, and refresher courses.
• Review calls and accounts to identify skill gaps and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with Account Services to align training with goals and procedures.
