Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Team Lead, Collections to oversee leasing/receivable collections and manage a 3–5 person AR team. You will develop effective collection strategies, mentor Analysts, and review aging reports to drive cash flow and risk management.

You will analyze delinquent accounts, report trends, and ensure compliance with internal policies while working with management to optimize collections processes and customer relations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration/Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of AR experience with collections responsibilities.
• Experience meeting collections goals while maintaining customer relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (Great Plains).

Responsibilities

• Oversee collection of all receivables and manage 3–5 Collectors.
• Develop collection strategies with management and evolve processes.
• Prepare reports on aging, trends, and high-risk accounts.
• Coach and train staff; ensure policy compliance and staff performance.
