Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Team Lead, Collections to oversee the collection of leasing and third-party receivables, manage a small team of collectors, and develop strategies to improve cash flow. This on-site role requires a BA/BS and 3–5 years in accounts receivable with a proven track record of meeting collections goals.

You will mentor staff, review policies, analyze delinquent accounts, and communicate with customers and vendors to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required in business or accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible AR experience.
• Experience hitting collections goals while maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee collection of leasing/3rd party receivables and manage delinquent accounts.
• Supervise 3–5 collectors; provide coaching and performance evaluations.
• Develop collection strategies and monitor policy compliance.
• Communicate with customers and vendors by phone, email, or mail.
• Prepare reports on balances, aging, and trends.
