Presidio seeks a Team Lead, Collections to oversee leasing/third party bill to customer cards, manage delinquent receivables, and mentor 3–5 AR analysts. The role develops collection strategies and supervises performance across the team.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in AR, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems, including Great Plains. You’ll drive risk assessments and process improvements while supporting management goals.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration/Management, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible AR experience.
• Experience meeting collections goals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Proficiency in written, oral and reading communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Resolve collection issues with internal and external customers and review risk factors to take appropriate action.
• Prepare reports by collecting and summarizing account information and trends.
• Analyze delinquent accounts and recommend resolutions for highest risk accounts.
• Supervise, coach and train staff; conduct performance evaluations and ensure policy compliance.
• Communicate with customers and vendors via phone, email, fax, or mail.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
