Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration/Management, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive AR experience.
• Experience hitting collections goals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• ERP systems experience; Great Plains preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee internal and external collections, resolving issues and assessing risk.
• Prepare reports by collecting and summarizing account information and trends.
• Analyze delinquent accounts and recommend resolutions for high-risk accounts.
• Supervise, coach, and train 3–5 AR staff; conduct evaluations; ensure policy compliance.
• Communicate with customers and vendors via phone, email, fax, or mail.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
