Roessel Joy partners with a large, growing company in the Randolph/Stoughton area seeking an Assistant Manager, Collections to join their team.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B collections and supervisory experience, and will supervise a team of Collections Specialists, oversee daily activities, and monitor aging reports.

This is an onsite role in Stoughton, MA with a compensation package of $70-75K plus bonus and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B collections.
• 1-2+ Years of Supervisory.
• Ability to work fully onsite.

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of Collections Specialists
• Oversee daily collections activities
• Monitor aging reports and identify high-risk accounts
