Westlake Financial is seeking a Servicing Department Junior Collections Supervisor to oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure compliance across the team. The role involves monitoring calls, reviewing performance, and maintaining accurate records while supporting the management team.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a supervisory role, strong communication skills, and a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Supervisor or manager role with a team of 5 or more direct reports.
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
• Ability to interpret and explain policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and extended hours.
• Experience in coaching staff and delivering training.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Maintaining confidentiality in personnel matters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Servicing Dept. operations and coverage for call volume.
• Review reports for compliance and performance.
• Coach and train Servicing staff; monitor call handling and quality.
• Supervise 15+ employees; organize workloads and schedules.
• Resolve escalated issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain attendance, coaching logs, and performance reviews.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
