Wind River Environmental is seeking a Collections Specialist in Marlborough, MA to establish payment terms and collect on overdue accounts onsite. The role requires high-volume calling and collaboration with sales to accelerate payments.

The candidate should bring a High School Diploma and 3+ years in corporate collections, with knowledge of billing procedures and AR concepts. Onsite work and growth opportunities are provided by the employer.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3 years High Volume corporate Collections experience.
• Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures.
• Accounts Receivable knowledge/experience a plus.
• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.

Responsabilités

• Make collection calls to overdue accounts and collect payments.
• Assist with customer refunds and account adjustments as needed.
• Process credit applications to determine credit worthiness.
• Maintain records of delinquent accounts and credit risks.
• Prepare collections paperwork and liaise with Sales as needed.
• Work with customers to reconcile disputes over payments.
