Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned collections portfolio, resolving outstanding balances and account issues.
• Serve as a go-to resource for Collections Specialists, guiding processes and systems.
• Support onboarding and training for new team members with ongoing coaching.
• Monitor collection activity, account progression, and productivity to identify improvements.
• Review account activity and documentation to prioritize collection efforts.
• Partner with the AR Supervisor to address workflow challenges and training needs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
